Free Range Solutions is a product consultancy owned and operated by Andrew Warner, based in Troy, Ohio. This website is at www.freerangesol.com. You can reach us at andrew@freerangesol.com.
What we collect and why
Contact form
When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, and the message you send. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry. Messages are delivered via Resend and are not added to any mailing list.
Analytics
We use PostHog to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, links clicked, and form interactions. PostHog may set a cookie or use local storage to distinguish sessions. No personally identifying information is deliberately sent to PostHog. A browser-level Do Not Track signal disables analytics data collection.
Server logs
Vercel, our hosting provider, records standard server logs including IP addresses and browser user-agent strings. These are retained per Vercel's own policy and are not accessible to us in raw form.
Third-party services
This site relies on the following third parties, each with its own privacy policy:

- •PostHog: product analytics
- •Sanity: headless CMS for blog content (no visitor data stored)
Cookies
We do not set first-party cookies. PostHog may set a session cookie or use local storage as described above. No advertising or tracking cookies from any ad network are placed on this site.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained as long as needed to complete the conversation they initiated, then deleted. Analytics data is retained per PostHog's default retention policy.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by emailing andrew@freerangesol.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
